扩链剂TDI对PLA/AMB纳米复合抗菌材料性能影响
Influence of TDI on Properties of PLA/AMB/TDI Antibacterial Nanocomposites
【摘要】 在聚乳酸(PLA)/自制抗菌母料(AMB)纳米复合材料中添加扩链剂甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),研究了TDI含量对纳米复合材料抗菌性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,TDI质量分数在0~2.5%范围内,随着TDI含量的增加,复合材料对大肠杆菌的抗菌性能逐渐轻微减弱,但仍为强抗菌材料;拉伸强度、缺口冲击强度和弯曲强度逐渐增加,断裂伸长率先增加后减小。当TDI质量分数为2.5%时,复合材料的综合性能最好,与PLA/AMB相比,其拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、缺口冲击强度和弯曲强度分别提高了7.9%,147.6%,29.4%和22.0%,抗菌率为99.1%,仍为强抗菌材料。
【Abstract】 Tolylene diisocyanate(TDI) was added into polylactic acid(PLA)/self-made antibacterial masterbatch(AMB) nanocomposites,and the effects of TDI contents of on the antibacterial effects and mechanical properties of the nanocomposites were researched. The results indicate that at the TDI content of 0~2.5%,the antibacterial effects of the nanocomposites against Bacterium coli gradually decrease slightly with the increasing of TDI content,but they are still strong antibacterial materials;the tensile strength,notched impact strength and bending strength gradually increase,and the rupture elongation increases firstly and then decreases. The comprehensive properties of the composite are best while the content of TDI is 2.5%. Compared with the PLA/AMB nanocomposite,the tensile strength,rupture elongation,notched impact strength and bending strength are improved by 7.9%,147.6%,29.4% and 22.0% respectively,the antibacterial rate is 99.1%,which is still strong antibacterial materials.
