【摘要】 介绍康良石治疗重型肝炎经验。认为疫毒内陷是重型肝炎发生的主要病机,治疗中注重未病先防、既病防变,采取"两重视""三及早"的措施。重视清里祛邪,使邪热有所出路;重视扶正祛邪,阻断正虚邪实的恶性循环。及早应用凉血救阴,清火解毒;及早合并、连续、重用开窍醒神;及早并用化瘀逐水,以延缓病势的急剧发展,防止神昏、臌胀等逆证的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduced Prof. KANG Liangshi’ s experience in treating severe hepatitis. Prof. KANG holds that epidemic toxin invagination is the main pathogenesis of severe hepatitis. In treatment,he emphasizes prevention before disease and early treatment to prevent deterioration. He takes steps of "two emphasis"and "three betimes",including emphasizing clearing away internal-heat and eliminating pathogenic factors to let pathogenic heat get out; emphasizes promoting the body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors to cut off the vicious circle of deficiency of genuine Qi and excess of pathogenic factors. As soon as possible he uses cooling blood,rescuing Yin,clearing away heat and detoxification betimes; combining inducing resuscitation heavily and continuously betimes,combining removing blood stasis and water,in order to delay rapid development of disease and prevent reverse syndromes of coma,tympanites,etc.更多还原
