冬病夏治穴位贴敷疗法对肺气虚型支气管哮喘患者P物质、免疫球蛋白E及干扰素-γ的影响
Influence of Acupoint Application on P Substance,Immunoglobin E and Interferon-γ in Patients with Lung Qi Deficient Bronchial Asthma: Based on Winter Disease Treated in Summer
【摘要】 目的探讨冬病夏治穴位贴敷疗法治疗支气管哮喘的可能作用机制。方法 50例肺气虚型支气管哮喘患者(哮喘组)采用三伏天穴位贴敷治疗,每伏贴敷1次,共3次。另收集健康志愿者50例作为对照组。检测哮喘组患者贴敷前后血清免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)及血浆P物质(SP)的含量,并与对照组比较,采用Pearson方法分析哮喘组患者治疗前后Ig E、IFN-γ及SP的相关性。结果哮喘组患者治疗前血清Ig E、IFN-γ及血浆SP含量与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。哮喘组患者治疗后血清Ig E、IFN-γ及血浆SP含量与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。哮喘组患者治疗前Ig E与SP呈正相关,与IFN-γ呈负相关(P<0.05),SP与IFN-γ无显著相关性(P>0.05)。治疗后Ig E、IFN-γ及SP之间均无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论冬病夏治穴位贴敷疗法可能通过调控细胞因子的分泌,调节神经介质的释放,从而改善免疫功能,起到治疗支气管哮喘的作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the possible mechanism of acupoint application in treating bronchial asthma. Methods Fifty patients with lung qi deficient bronchial asthma received acupoint application in dog days.One treatment was given in a dog day,altogether three times. Fifty healthy volunteers were enrolled as control group.The concentrations of serum immunoglobin E( Ig E),interferon-γ( IFN-γ) and plasma P substance( SP) before and after treatment were detected in both control and asthma group. The correlations of Ig E,IFN-γ and SP before and after treatment in patients with asthma were analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis. Results Before the treatment,concentrations of serum Ig E,IFN-γ and plasma SP in patients with asthma had statistical differences with those in control( P < 0. 05). Concentrations of serum Ig E,IFN-γ and plasma SP in patients with asthma before and after treatment were significantly different( P < 0. 05). Ig E was positively correlated with SP and negatively correlated with IFN-γ in patients with asthma before treatment( P < 0. 05). However,there was no relationship between SP and IFN-γ( P > 0. 05). There were also no significant relationships between Ig E,IFN-γ and SP after treatment( P > 0. 05).Conclusion Acupoint application based on winter disease treated in summer can improve immune function by regulating secretion of cytokine and release of neurotransmitter,leading to therapeutic effect in bronchial asthma.
