【摘要】 目的采用R值综合评价法多指标综合评价调补肺肾三法(补肺健脾、补肺益肾、益气滋肾)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的调节作用。方法采用香烟熏吸联合细菌感染法制备COPD模型,于第9周分别给予补肺健脾方、补肺益肾方、益气滋肾方及氨茶碱至第20周。于第20、32周测定外周血和肺泡灌洗液中CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+及CD4+CD25+表达。采用R值综合评价法,对调补肺肾三法调节COPD稳定期T淋巴细胞亚群进行综合评价。结果第20、32周及综合20、32周,调补肺肾三法和氨茶碱对外周血和肺泡灌洗液中T淋巴细胞亚群各指标均具有较显著的综合纠正作用(P<0.01)。综合20、32周,各治疗方案对外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的纠正强度依次为补肺健脾、氨茶碱、补肺益肾、益气滋肾;对肺泡灌洗液中T淋巴细胞亚群纠正强度依次为补肺健脾、氨茶碱、益气滋肾、补肺益肾,其中补肺健脾的纠正强度较补肺益肾显著(P<0.05)。结论调补肺肾三法和氨茶碱对COPD稳定期大鼠外周血和肺脏局部T淋巴细胞亚群均具有明显的调节作用,并具有良好的远后效应,以补肺健脾方尤为显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of three methods for lung-kidney regulating and supplementing on T lymphocyte subsets in rats with stable chronic obstructive Pulmonary disease( COPD) adopting R-value comprehensive evaluation. Methods COPD models were established with cigarette smoking combined with bacterial infection. From the 9th week to 20 th week,animals were given Bufei Jianpi Fang( 补肺健脾方),Bufei Yishen Fang( 补肺益肾方),Yiqi Zishen Fang( 益气滋肾方) and aminophylline respectively. Expression of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/ CD8+and CD4+CD25+in peripheral blood and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was detected in the 20 th and32nd weeks. R-value comprehensive evaluation was adopted to evaluate the effect on T lymphocyte subsets. Results In the 20 th and 32 nd week,three methods for lung-kidney regulating and supplementing and aminophylline showed comprehensive corrective effect on T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid( P <0. 01). Based on the results in both the 20 th and 32 nd week,the order of corrective effect intensity of all therapeutic schemes on T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood was Bufei Jianpi Fang,aminophylline,Bufei Yishen Fang,and Yiqi Zishen Fang; and the order of those effect intensity in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was Bufei Jianpi Fang,aminophylline,Yiqi Zishen Fang,and Bufei Yishen Fang. The corrective effect intensity of Bufei Jianpi Fang was superior to that of Bufei Yishen Fang( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Three methods for lung-kidney regulating and supplementing and aminophylline all have significant regulating effect on T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and lung as well as good late effect in rats with stable COPD. Bufei Jianpi Fang is most effective among the methods.更多还原
