【摘要】 介绍任继学诊治慢性肾风的经验,提出了慢性肾风的病名,并应用喉肾相关理论系统阐释了该病的诊治。认为感受外邪是喉肾相关的启动因子,经络连属是喉肾相关的物质基础,肾脏体用俱损是喉肾相关的病理结局。提出咽喉不适症状也是慢性肾风的辨证要点,创制紫金肾安方为基本处方,以清上沉下、解毒散结、清热利湿。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces REN Jixue’s experience in diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney wind,puts forward "chronic kidney wind"as a name of a disease,and systematically explains the application of the diagnosis and treatment of the disease under the guidance of throat-kidney relevance theory. He holds that the external evil is the promoter of throat- kidney relevance,channels and collaterals are the material basis of throat-kidney relevance,and the damage to the body and function of kidney is the pathological outcome of throat-kidney relevance. It is put forward that external evil is the promoter of the throat-kidney relevance,and that throat discomfort is the key point of syndrome differentiation of chronic kidney wind. Zijin Shen’an formula is used as the basic prescription to clear the upperjiao and tonify and lower-jiao,relieve the internal heat and eliminate stagnation,clear heat and remove dampness.更多还原
