【摘要】 介绍全国名老中医林鹤和治疗慢性HBV乙肝病毒携带者的临床经验。林鹤和老中医认为本病内因多为禀赋薄弱、素体亏虚、肝脾两虚、正气不足。外因则与感受湿热疫毒有关,其病机多为正气不足,肝脾两虚,感受湿热疫毒,湿性重者,缠绵难愈,导致病情持续。其将仲景理法运用于临床上,结合现代西医的诊疗技术和药理方法,采用以健脾养肝,解毒化湿为治疗原则,精炼出自拟方乙肝扶正解毒汤加味治疗慢性HBV携带者。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper mainly introduced the clinical experience of veteran doctor of TCM Lin Hehe in the treatment of chronic HBV car-riers. The veteran doctors of TCM Lin Hehe thought that the idiopathic cause of the disease was endowment more weak, two virtual defi-ciency and liver and spleen of ferrite and vital qi, and external cause was associated with feeling hot and humid poison plague. Its patho-genesis was more vital qi, liver and spleen deficiency, two feeling hot and humid plague poison, heavy wet lead to illness. The Zhongjing method was applied to clinical practice, combined with modern Western medicine diagnosis and treatment technology and pharmacological research, based on spleen and liver, raising solution poison wet as the therapeutic principles, refined from modified Yigan Fuzheng Jiedu decoction in patients with chronic HBV carriers.更多还原
