【摘要】 桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤为金匮方,治疗男子失精、女子梦交,方由桂枝、白芍、甘草、龙骨、牡蛎、大枣、生姜共七味药组成,即桂枝汤加龙骨、牡蛎而成,具有调和阴阳,交通心肾,镇静安神,固摄止遗之功。后世多有发挥,笔者尝试用于治疗阴阳两虚,不能阳固阴守所致之遗精、早泄、功能性不射精、汗症等男科内科疾病,多有应验,总结验案三例,以供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Guizhi and Longgu Muli decoction originated from the Jingui Yaolue. It consists of Guizhi(cassia twig), Baishao(white peony root), Gancao(glycyrrhiza), Longgu(fossil fragments), Muli(oyster shell), Shengjiang(ginger) and Dazao(jujube), which can be used to treat seminal emission of men and dreamed coitus of women. Guizhi and Longgu Muli decoction has effect of harmony yin and yang, intercourse of heart and kidney, tranquilize mind and inducing astringency semen. The role of Guizhi and Longgu Muli decoc-tion has been developed by later generation. The author tried to use Guizhi and Longgu Muli decoction in treatment of andropathy with yin and yang deficiency, such as spermatorrhea, prospermia, functional anejaculation and hyperhidrosis. Three proved cases were summarized,and provided reference for others.更多还原
