【摘要】 目的采用电针联合吞咽障碍治疗仪治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍,观察各治疗组的疗效并确立最佳治疗方案。方法 216例脑卒中后吞咽障碍者按入院时间先后分配到综合组、电针组、治疗仪组,每组72例,以洼田饮水试验评定、标准吞咽功能评估(SSA)为观察指标,进行每组治疗前、治疗后的疗效观察。结果 3组性别、年龄、病程、发病次数、洼田饮水试验等级评分、SSA评分,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。3组治疗后洼田饮水试验评分有显著性差异(P<0.05);SSA评分有显著性差异(P<0.05);3组治疗后总有效率比较,综合组总有效率为94%,电针组与治疗仪组总有效率各为74%,3组治疗后有显著性差异(P<0.05);在肺炎发生率方面综合组低于其他2组(P<0.05)。结论综合组疗效优于电针组和吞咽障碍治疗仪组,并减少了肺炎发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect, and determine the best treatment through electroacupuncture combined with swal-low treatment apparatus in treating dysphadia after stroke. Methods 216 cases of patients with dysphadia after stroke were divided into the synthetical treatment group, electroacupuncture group and swallow treatment apparatus group, and each group had 72 cases. The effect ob-servation before and after treatment was carried out based on water swallow teat and SSA score. Results Before treatment, gender, age, duration of disease, incidence of disease, the score of water swallow teat, SSA score of the three groups had no significant difference( P>0.05).After treatment, there were significant differences in water swallow teat score(P<0.05). After treatment, the SSA score was significant difference(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the synthetical treatment group was 94%, the total effective rate of the electroacupuncture group and the swallow treatment apparatus group was 74%, and there were significant differences(P<0.05). The incidence of pneumonia of the synthetical treatment group was lower than that of the other two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of the synthetical treatment group was superior to the electroacupuncture group and the swallow treatment apparatus group, and the incidence of pneumonia was reduced.更多还原
