【摘要】 目的探索腰椎间盘突出症患者热敏灸灸感(部位)与灸量(强度)规律,进一步提高灸疗的临床疗效,懂得辨敏施灸的意义。方法将腰椎间盘突出症患者用热敏探查法分试验组(热敏灸感强组)和对照组(热敏灸感弱组)各90例实施热敏灸治疗。治疗前、治疗结束后及6个月后进行疗效评价。结果 (1)两组组内治疗前与治疗后及治疗后6个月的平均积分比较有显著差异(P<0.01),表明试验组(热敏灸感强组)与对照组(热敏灸感弱组)治疗腰椎间盘突出症均有良好疗效。(2)两组间治疗后及治疗后6个月的平均积分比较也有显著差异(P<0.01),表明试验组的症状改善程度明显优于对照组。结论个体化的消敏饱和灸量强的患者疗效明显优于消敏饱和灸量弱的患者。此结果也证实了热敏灸疗法的灸量标准"量随人异,敏消量足"对于提高灸疗疗效的临床指导价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the regularity of heat sensitive moxibustion(location) and moxibustion quantity(intensity) in the pa-tients with lumbar disc herniation, in order to further improve the clinical effect of moxibustion therapy and understand the significance of the application of moxibustion. Methods The heat sensitive moxibustion treatment was performed to patients with lumbar disc herniation,and they were divided into experimental group(the heat sensitive group) of 90 cases and control group(the heat insensitive group) of90 cases. The curative effect was evaluated in patient’s pre-treatment, post-treatment and 6 months after the treatment. Results There were significant differences in the mean scores among the two groups before and after treatment and six months after treatment( P <0.01),which indicated that the experimental group(the heat sensitive group) and the control group(the heat insensitive group) for treatment of lumbar disc herniation both had good effects. There were significant differences in the mean scores between the two groups after treat-ment and six months after treatment(P<0.01), which indicated the improvement of symptoms in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of the patients with high sensitivity of individual heat sensitive moxi-bustion treatment is better than that of the patients with low sensitive. The results also confirmed that the heat sensitive moxibustion quan-tity standard of " different quantity for different individual and sufficient quantity for sensitive consumption" to improve the curative ef-fect of moxibustion therapy had clinical guiding value.更多还原
