【摘要】 健脾补肾活血方药以扶正固本法为指导,具有健脾补肾,活血通络之功。内皮祖细胞是干细胞的一种,参与血管损伤的修复与重建。缺血性中风患者血管内皮细胞损伤,数目减少,且其素体多为痰、虚、瘀体质,可通过健脾化痰、补益肝肾、活血通络等法治疗。近年来运用健脾补肾活血方药治疗缺血性中风的研究众多,本文就健脾补肾活血方药治疗缺血性中风的临床及基础研究进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Jianpi Bushen Huoxue decoction, guided by strengthening and consolidating body resistance method, has the effect of strength-ening the spleen and supplementing qi, tonifying the liver and kidney, promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in channels.Endothelial progenitor cell, which is one kind of stem cells, could involve in vascular injury repair and reconstruction. Patients with is-chemic stroke have the endothelial injury and endothelial numbers reducing. Most of them were phlegm, deficiency and stasis constitution,so they could be treated by strengthening spleen and dissolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in channels method to mobilize EPCs homing to the place of ischemic injury. In Recent years, there were many studies about the treatment of ischemic stroke using Jianpi Bushen Huoxue prescriptions and Chinese medicine. This article reviewed the treatment of ischemic stroke of clinical and basic research with the Jianpi Bushen Huoxue decoction.更多还原
