【摘要】 目的应用品管圈来提高临床护士手卫生依从性,增强患者安全意识,减少院内交叉感染的发生。方法成立品管圈小组,确立主题、现状把握、设定目标、分析原因、制定并实施对策。结果实施品管圈后临床护士手卫生意识得到增强,手卫生依从性和正确性与实施前比较有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论通过正确运用品管圈,有效提高了临床护士洗手正确性和手卫生依从性,增强了临床护士对患者安全的意识,能充分调动护士的工作积极性,能互相团结协作,为提高护理质量出谋划策,积极参与科室管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve hand hygiene compliance of clinical nurses by using quality control(qc) circle, strengthen the consciousness of and reduce the occurrence of nosocomial crosses infection. Methods We set up qc circle group, established the theme and grasped the status quo, set a goal, and made reason analysis, formulation and implementation of countermeasures. Results After the implementation of qc circle, the consciousness of hand hygiene of clinical nurses was enhanced, hand hygiene compliance and accuracy had obviously improved(P < 0. 05). Conclusion By using the qc circle, the accuracy of clinical nurses to wash their hands and hand hygiene compliance were effectively improved, the consciousness of the clinical nurse to patient safety was enhanced. It can fully arouse the enthusiasm of nurses’ work, solidarity and collaboration with each other, in order to improve nursing quality, and actively participate in management department.更多还原
