【摘要】 目的评价病变软骨膜切除加局部引流治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效。方法选择2011年1月—2014年12月住院治疗的耳廓假性囊肿80例,并将其随机分为常规手术组及手术加局部引流组,配合中医的艾灸治疗,将天仙子膏团在患处涂抹的中西医结合治疗。观察及比较两组患者手术疗效。结果所有患者出院后随访半年以上,手术加局部引流组治愈率80%,延迟愈合率7.5%,单纯手术组治愈率52.5%,延迟愈合率25%。两组比较在治愈率及延迟愈合率方面,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论病变软骨膜切除加局部引流治疗耳廓假性囊肿,比单纯手术切除病变,伤口愈合速度加快,缩短换药时间,提高治愈率,降低了延迟愈合率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therape utic effect of perichondrium lesion resection with local drainage in treating pseudocyst of auricle. Methods: Selecting 80 cases of patients with pseudocyst of auricle in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2014, they were randomly divided into routine operation group and operation conbined with local drainage group. Combining with moxa-wool moxibustion,Tianxianzi ointment was applied in the affected area. The operation effect was compared. Result All patients were followed up for more than six months after discharge. The local drainage group cure rate was 80 %, and the delayed union rate was 7.5%. The cure rate of surgery group was 52.5%, and the delayed healing rate was 25%. Comparing with cure rate and delayed union rate, the difference was sta-tistically significant P < 0.05. Conclusion: The pathological changes of cartilage in treating pseudocyst of auricle can improve wound heal-ing and cure rate, shorten the treatment time, and reduce the delayed healing rate.更多还原
