【摘要】 目的探讨加味补阳还五汤预防高龄股骨粗隆间骨折外支架术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法将70例老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者随机分为治疗组36例、对照组34例。治疗组采用补阳还五汤口服外用,对照组采用皮下注射低分子肝素钠进行预防下肢深静脉血栓。通过比较D-二聚体、APTT、PT、PLT和伤口引流量的差异,探讨其安全性。结果两组患者D-二聚体、APTT、PT、PLT发生率无明显差异,而治疗组在伤口引流量指标明显优于对照组。结论加味补阳还五汤内服外用可有效预防老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓形成,且安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss clinical effects of the modified Buyang Huanwu decoction on preventing DVT formation of postoperative elderly intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 70 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases) and control group(34cases). The treatment group was given oral and external application of modified Buyang Huanwu decoction. The control group was given subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin(LMWH). Through comparing with differences in D-dimer, APTT, PT, PLT and amount of wound drainage, the safety was evaluated. Results There were no significant difference in D-dimer, APTT, PT and PLT, while amount of wound drainage in the treatment group were obviously better than those of the the control. Conclusion The oral and external application of modified Buyang Huanwu decoction could prevent DVT formation of postoperative elderly intertrochanteric fracture effectively, and has high safety.更多还原
