【摘要】 目的探索中医药干预食管癌放疗近期疗效及放疗并发症的临床疗效。方法将接受老年食管癌放疗的患者120例随机分为两组,治疗组60例放疗同时服用中药,对照组单纯放疗;比较两组放射治疗近期疗效、骨髓抑制、卡氏评分、放射性食管炎、放射性肺炎发病情况。结果治疗组患者放射性食管炎、骨髓抑制、放射性肺炎发生情况显著低于对照组,卡氏评分高于对照组,二者有显著性差异。结论中医药联合同步放疗具有协同作用,局部控制率有增高趋势,能减轻毒副反用,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the short-term curative effect of TCM intervention in radiotherapy of esophageal cancer and the clinical effect of radiotherapy complications. Methods 120 cases with esophageal cancer patients who accepted radiotherapy were randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases in the treatment group received radiotherapy and took traditional Chinese medicine. The control group used radiotherapy. The short-term curative effects, the bone marrow suppression, KPS, radioactive esophagitis, radioactive pneumonia of the two groups were compared. Results The radioactive esophagitis, bone marrow suppression and radioactive pneumonia of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The KPS was higher than that of the control group, and there were significant differences. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with radiotherapy had synergy. The local control rates had increased trend. It could reduce toxic and side reaction, and was worthy of clinical popularization and application.更多还原
