【摘要】 目的探讨益气养血汤联合护理干预治疗产妇产后乳少的临床疗效及参考价值,为促进产后泌乳和提高母乳喂养率提供依据。方法回顾性分析2013年4月—2014年4月在我院分娩后缺乳的80例产妇临床资料,随机双盲法分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规的护理干预,实验组在护理干预基础上加服益气养血调理,比较2组开始泌乳时间、泌乳量和成功喂养率。结果2组产妇泌乳量随着治疗时间的延长而逐渐增加,但实验组增加量明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组产后开始泌乳时间、母乳喂养率均优于对照组,对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率82.5%。实验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气养血汤有活血化瘀之效,针对产后缺乳产妇在实施常规护理干预的基础上配合益气养血汤调理能有效疏通产妇气血,进而促进泌乳,增加泌乳量,且中药汤剂安全无毒副作用,值得长期使用,建议临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Ya ngxue decoction combined with nursing interventionin in maternal with postpartum hypogalactia and provide evidence for the promotion of postpartum lactation and increase the rate of breast feeding. Methods Selecting 80 cases of maternal with postpartum hypogalactia in our hospital, and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing. The experimental group was added Yiqi Yangxue decoction on the basis of nursing intervention. The time of lactation, the amount of lactation and the success of feeding rate of the two groups were observed.Results Maternal lactation of two groups increased gradually with the prolongation of treatment time, but the experimental group increased more than that of the control group( P <0.05). The time of lactation and the breast feeding rate of the experimental group were better than those the control group, and there was significant difference( P <0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group was 92.5% and 82.5%, respectively, the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Yangxue decoction combined with nursing interventionin in maternal with postpartum hypogalactia can effectively clear the maternal blood, promote lactation, and increase the amount of milk. The traditional Chinese medicine decoction is safe and no side effect, and is worthy of long-term use and clinical promotion.更多还原
