【摘要】 目的观察中药熏洗配合微波对治疗混合痔术后伤口对创面水肿的影响。方法将混合痔术后患者90例随机分为3组,熏洗组、微波组、联合组。熏洗组在常规治疗基础上只给与中药熏洗。微波组在常规治疗基础上只给与微波治疗;联合组在术后常规治疗的基础上,应用中药熏洗配合微波治疗。结果与结论中药熏洗配合微波治疗能促进混合痔术后伤口创面水肿的消退。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of herbal fumigation a nd wash combined with microwave in the treatment of postoperative wound edema of the mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 90 cases postoperative patients of the mixed hemorrhoids were divided into 3 groups:herbal fumigation and wash group, microwave group and combination group. The herbal fumigation and wash group was nursed only by herbal fumigation and wash based on the conventional treatment. The microwave group was nursed only by microwave treatment. The com-bination group was nursed by herbal fumigation and wash combined with microwave on the basis of the conventional treatment. Results and Conclusion The herbal fumigation and wash combined with microwave treatment could effectively reduce the postoperative wound edema of the mixed hemorrhoids.更多还原
