【摘要】 目的探讨对妇科手术患者实施中医特色护理的效果。方法回顾性分析2013年10月—2014年10月接受手术治疗的妇科患者100例,随机分为两组,每组患者50例,其中对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施中医特色护理。比较两组干预前后抑郁、焦虑评分变化、护理满意度及术后并发症发生率。结果两组焦虑、抑郁评分均有所改善,且观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),有可比性。观察组护理满意度(94%)显著高于对照组(78%),术后并发症发生率(2%)显著低于对照组(18%),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对妇科手术患者在常规护理的基础上加用中医特色护理,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,并改善其焦虑、抑郁评分,在一定程度上提高患者对护理的满意度,且降低并发症发生率,促使患者尽快康复出院,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of of TCM nursing care in patient of gynecological operation. Methods Selecting 100 patient of gynecological operation from October 2013 to October 2014, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and each group had 50 cases. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group received TCM nursing care on the basis of the routine nursing care. The depression and anxiety score changes,nursing satisfaction and postoperative complications of the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results Depression and anxiety score of the two groups were improved. The depression and anxiety score of the observation group was significantly better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(94%) was significantly higher than that of the control group( 78%). The postoperative complication rate( 2%) of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(18%),and the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion TCM nursing care in patient of gynecological operation on the basis of routine nursing care can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, anxiety, depression scores, patient satisfaction with nursing care in a certain extent, reduce the incidence of complications, and promote the patient discharged as soon as possible.
