【Abstract】 Primary trigeminal neuralgia with recurrent episodes of paroxysmal facial trigeminal nerve distribution area of lightning sample,sample cutting, drilling pricked, fire burning intense pain as the characteristics of sample or tear, the main reason came from liver, spleen and kidney. Professor Zhang Yunke thought that the treatment of this disease was harmonizing liver and spleen, activating channels and muscle pain and clearing liver-fire and purging heat.
