【摘要】 目的通过对伤科黄油纱联合艾灸对压疮的临床疗效观察,探讨两者联合的有效性和安全性,为进一步临床研究提供依据。方法将符合压疮诊断的30例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各15例,其中对照组用常规综合疗法治疗压疮,试验组在常规治疗的基础上给予伤科黄油纱加艾灸治疗,同时密切观察病人病情变化,给予加强营养支持,做好心理护理。结果试验组治愈12例,显效1例,有效1例,无效1例;对照组治愈6例,显效4例,有效1例,无效4例。两组经秩和检验比较,差异有显著性意义(Z=-2.120,P<0.05)。结论伤科黄油纱联合艾灸治疗Ⅱ期压疮效果优于常规综合疗法,值得临床进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through observing the clinical effect of Shangke Huangyousha combined with moxa-wool moxibustion on the treatment of pressure ulcers, to explore the efficacy and safety of the two drugs and to provide the basis for further clinical research. Methods30 patients with pressure ulcers were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, each group had 15 cases. The control group was treated with conventional comprehensive therapy. The experiment group was treated with Shangke Huangyousha combined with moxa-wool moxibustion on the basis of comprehensive therapy. At the same time, we closely observed the patients ’ condition changes,strengthened nutrition support, and gave them psychological nursing. Results 12 cases patients cured, 1 case had marked effect, 1 case had common effect, 1 case was invalid in the treatment group; 6 cases cured, 4 cases were markedly effective, 1 case had effective; 4 cas-es were invalid in the control group. The rank and inspection of the two groups were compared, and differences were significant( Z =2.120, P < 0.05).Conclusion The effect of Shangke Huangyousha combined with moxa-wool moxibustion on the treatment of Ⅱ phase of pressure ulcers was better than that of conventional comprehensive therapy, and was worthy of further clinical application.更多还原
