【摘要】 目的观察祛瘀化斑汤治疗结节性红斑的临床疗效。方法 68例确诊患者采用祛淤化斑汤加减治疗,并佐以抗结核治疗。结果 68例患者中,临床治愈60例,好转7例,无效1例,有效率为98.5%。结论祛瘀化斑汤治疗结节性红斑以清热利湿、行气化瘀为主,疏肝解郁、凉血解毒为辅,并配合抗结核治疗,可显著改善症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the Quyu Huaban decoction on the treatment of erythema nodosum. Methods 68 cases which were diagnosed received Quyu Huaban decoction and antituberculosis treatment. Results In the 68 cases, 60 cases were cured, improvement in 7 cases, and one case was invalid. The effective rate was 98.5 %. Conclusion Quyu Huaban decoction on treating erythema nodosum is given priority to eliminating dampness and heat, regulating qi to disperse stagnation; relieving the depressed liver, cooling blood and detoxifying are complementary. Combining with antituberculosis treatment, the symptoms can be significantly improved.更多还原
