【摘要】 目的观察健脾降浊法治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将94例功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组46例,治疗组给予健脾降浊中药口服,对照组给予西沙比利治疗,疗程均为3周。结果治疗组的有效率为94.63%,对照组的有效率为76.08%,两组疗效比较P<0.05,差异有显著意义。结论健脾降浊法治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jia npi Jiangzhuo method on functional dyspepsia. Methods 94 cases with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into control group(48 cases) and treatment group(46 cases). The treatment group took orally traditional Chinese materia medica. The control group was treated by oral administration of cisapride. The course of treatment was 3weeks. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 94.63% and 76.08%, respectively. There existed significant difference in efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Jianpi Jiangzhuo is very effective in treating functional dyspepsia.更多还原
