【摘要】 目的分析并比较慢性支气管炎肺气肿采用中医辨证治疗方法的临床疗效。方法选取我科室2012年6月—2014年6月间来诊患者,均已被确诊为慢性支气管炎并在我院进行持续治疗,共计160例,随机将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组各80例。治疗组患者采用中医辨证治疗法,对照组患者采用西医治疗法。7天一个疗程,4个疗程之后,观察并比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为93.8%,而对照组患者的总有效率为80%,其总有效率明显低于治疗组的总有效率(P<0.01)。结论采用中医辨证治疗法来治疗慢性支气管炎肺气肿,其疗效明显,并发症少,因此可以采用并推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect and compare the emphysema and chronic bronchitis treated by TCM method.Methods Selected 160 patients which were diagnosed as chronic bronchitis in our department from June 2012 to June 2014. The 160 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. There were 80 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated by TCM method. The patients in the control group were treated by western medicine. 7 days is a course of treatment.After 4 courses of treatment, the curative effect would be compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.8 %,and 80% for the control group. The total efficiency of the treatment group is significantly lower than that of treatment group( P<0.01).Conclusion The TCM therapy of treating emphysema and chronic bronchitis has remarkable curative effects, less complications, and is worth to populate and apply.更多还原
