【摘要】 在医学免疫学与微生物学教学中试行以LBL教学法为主,TBL教学法为辅的双轨教学模式的改革,使学生做到课前预习、分组答辩、阐述观点,以实现对较分散、抽象的教学内容更好地理解与掌握,培养学生自主学习的能力及团队合作的意识。通过问卷调查的方式对教学效果进行初步分析,结果表明,TBL+LBL教学法在培养学生学习态度,能力及提高专业知识方面优于单一的LBL教学法。本研究为进一步在医学免疫学与微生物学教学中推广TBL+LBL双轨教学模式提供了基础和依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In teaching of Medical Immunology and Microbiology, the authors plan to carry out teaching reform which is based on LBL pedagogy and supplemented by TBL pedagogy. This teaching reform aims at encouraging students to study before class, defense in group,and elaborate ideas, so that they can better understand and grasp the decentralized and abstract contents, and train the autonomous learning ability and team cooperation consciousness. By making a preliminary analysis of the teaching situation through questionnaire survey methods, the results demonstrated that TBL and LBL teaching model is better than traditional LBL teaching methods in aspects of training students learning attitude and ability, and improving professional knowledge. The study provide basis and evidence for generalizing TBL and LBL double track teaching model in Medical immunology and Microbiology teaching.更多还原
