本科生中医客观结构化临床考试综合能力的评价

【摘要】 从2008年起我校首次将"客观结构化临床考试"方法 应用于中医学专业临床能力测试,经过多年的应用、调整和积累,比较成功地将中医学内涵融入到考试内容当中,并在中医学专业毕业考核中全面推开,基本形成了成熟稳定的考试方法 和工作模式,建设了一批考核题库资源和考核队伍,丰富了我校中医临床技能考试手段,提高了临床课程的考试水平和教学管理水平,在强化学生临床技能训练,提高临床能力和规范临床操作等方面发挥了积极的作用,收到了很好的效果。

【Abstract】 Since 2008, the " objective structured clinical examination" method had been firstly applied to the major of traditional Chinese medicine in our graduation examination, and for many years of application, adjustment and accumulation, the Chinese medicine connotations were successfully melted to the examination content. The basic form of the examination and the working pattern had been established and the reformations played a positive role in improving clinical ability of mature and strengthen students’ clinical skills training,and improved the clinical course and the teaching management level.
