柠檬酸刺激对脾虚患儿唾液淀粉酶、总蛋白、唾液流率及pH值的影响
Effect of Citric Acid Stimulation on Salivary Alpha-amylase, Total Protein, Salivary Flow Rate and pH Valuein in Pi Deficiency Children
【摘要】 目的比较柠檬酸刺激对脾虚及健康儿童唾液淀粉酶(s AA)、总蛋白、唾液流率及p H值的影响,为"脾主涎"提供依据。方法选择20例脾虚患儿,同期征集29名健康儿童,收集酸刺激前后唾液标本,测定并比较s AA活性及其含量、总蛋白含量、唾液流率及p H值。结果 (1)柠檬酸刺激能明显增加健康儿童的唾液流率、p H值、s AA活性、s AA比活及s AA含量(包括糖基化和非糖基化s AA含量)(P<0.05),而只增加脾虚患儿的唾液流率、p H值及s AA糖基化水平(P<0.05);(2)脾虚患儿及健康儿童酸刺激前后各唾液测定指标差异虽无统计学意义(P>0.05),但脾虚患儿酸刺激前后除唾液流率及s AA糖基化水平比值升高外,各测定指标比值均较健康儿童低,两组酸刺激前后s AA活性比值、s AA比活比值及s AA糖基化水平比值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脾虚患儿对柠檬酸刺激的敏感性降低。
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of citric acid stimulation on salivary alpha-amylase(s AA), total protein(TP), salivary flow rate, and p H value between Pi deficiency(PD) children and healthy children, thereby providing evidence for Pi controlling saliva theory. Methods Twenty PD children were recruited, and 29 healthy children were also recruited at the same time. Saliva samples from all subjects were collected before and after citric acid stimulation. The s AA activity and amount, TP contents, salivary flow rate, and p H value were determined and compared.Results(1) Citric acid stimulation was able to significantly increase salivary flow rate, p H value, s AA activities, s AA specific activity and s AA amount(including glycosylated and non-glycosylated s AA amount) in healthy children(P <0. 05), while it could markedly increase salivary flow rate, p H value, and glycosylated s AA levels in PD children(P <0. 05);(2) Although there was no statistical difference in determined salivary indices between the two groups(P >0. 05), salivary indices except salivary flow rate and glycosylated s AA levels decreased more in PD children. There was statistical difference in s AA activity ratio, s AA specific activity ratio, and the ratio of glycosylated s AA levels between PD children and healthy children(P < 0. 05). Conclusion PD children had decreased response to citric acid stimulation.
