【Abstract】 Canning processing is a core professional course of food processing technology specialty in higher vocational colleges. This paper gave a clear explanation with the curriculum design based on a concept of the combining learning with working and working process systematization, centering on curriculum goal, content, teaching strategy, ect. This redesign curriculum specially emphasized subjective role of students, bringing the initiative of the students into full work and further promoted comprehensive vocational ability and overall development of the students.更多还原
