【Abstract】 The employment situation of college students in China has gradually become serious since the enlarging enrollment of universities. Impoverished college students are always affected by many factors, such as limited employment opportunities, poor information sources, the lower comprehensive quality and so on.Gradually, people in this group, especially the female college students, have more difficulties in finding a job. The realization of impoverished college students’ full employment is inseparable from much effort made by the nation,universities and students own. In terms of the government, some support on policy is of great help. Besides, by enhancing guidance to impoverished students’ employment and improving the quality of talents cultivating,schools can strengthen students’ employment competence. Finally, students are supposed to recognize employment situation, change employment concept and keep a positive mental state to achieve a smooth employment.更多还原
