“运动营养学”教学知识结构体系研究
Sport and Exercise Nutrition Knowledge Structure for Teaching Lecture in Students of Kinesiology
【摘要】 目的:通过教学实践,分析体育专业运动营养学的课程特点和学生的学习特点。研究方法 :对国内目前在精品课程中使用的教学参考书和教学资料的教学知识结构体系进行分析,并比较国外大学体育专业运动营养学的教学内容和知识体系,结合教学实践,分析学生的学习特点和教学大纲要求。研究结果:编写出了适用于体育专业学生基础知识背景和专业特点的教学讲义。与目前使用的各种教学参考书版本相比,更突出概念的教学,知识结构简明清晰,突出营养知识在运动实践中的应用并反映出应用研究的新进展。
【Abstract】 Object: Studying and analyzing the knowledge structure and learning character in sport and exercise nutrition lecture of bachelor students of kinesiology. Method: Analyzing the knowledge structure of sport and exercise nutrition in books adopted by most college and university in China, and compared the analysis with books most adopted by America university. Results: We write a new book of sport and exercise nutrition for teaching lecture to students of kinesiology. compared with the books adopted by most college and university in China, our book have a more simple and clearing knowledge structure, with more emphasize on concepts and application in practice.
