镁基复合脱硫剂进行铁液预脱硫效果的研究
Research on Pre-desulphurization Efficiency of Magnesium Based Composite Desulphurizer in Molten Iron
【摘要】 为提高铁液预脱硫效果,采用CaO、Mg粉按4∶1、5∶1、6∶1的质量比配制镁基复合脱硫剂,在感应炉中对铁液进行预脱硫。用红外分析仪分析铁液硫含量的变化。研究发现:铁液脱硫率随着脱硫剂中CaO比例的增加而逐渐升高。当脱硫剂配比CaO/Mg为4∶1时,脱硫率最低,达到40.3%;脱硫剂配比CaO/Mg为5∶1和6∶1时,脱硫率分别为51.0%和50.9%。动力学分析结果表明:用Mg基复合脱硫剂进行铁液预脱硫过程中,铁液中硫的扩散是影响脱硫效果的动力学因素。
【Abstract】 Magnesium based composite desulphurizer were prepared with the mixture of Mg and CaO powders in order to enhance desulphurization efficiency in molten iron. The mass ratio of Mg and CaO powders is 4 ∶1, 5 ∶1 and 6 ∶1. The pre-desulphurization process of molten iron was investigated in induction furnace. The changes of sulfur content were analyzed by infrared analyzing instrument. The results show that desulfurization ratio of molten iron increases gradually with the increase of CaO content in composite desulphurizer. The minimum desulphurization ratio is 40.3% when the proportion of CaO∶Mg is 4∶1, then desulphurization ratio is 51.0% and 50.9% when the proportion of CaO∶ Mg is 5∶1 and6∶1, respectively. The results of dynamic analysis show that the diffusion of sulfur in molten iron is kinetic factor, which has an influence on desulphurization efficiency in the process of molten iron pre-desulphurization with magnesium based composite desulphurizer.
