界面梯度对原位SiC_p/7075Al复合材料力学性能影响的数值分析
Effect of Gradient Interface on Mechanical Properties of In-situ Composite SiC_p/7075Al Using Numerical Analysis
【摘要】 应用ABAQUS有限元软件模拟分析了界面模量梯度效应对原位SiC_p/7075Al复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,复合材料弹性模量与界面梯度层的最小界面模量有关,其随界面层模量的增大而增大。复合材料的拉伸强度随界面层模量的增大而增大,与复合材料弹性模量随界面模量梯度变化情况一致。
【Abstract】 The effect of gradient interface elastic modulus on the mechanical properties of the in-situ composite SiC_p/7075Al was analyzed using finite element software ABAQUS. The results show that the elastic modulus of the in-situ composite SiC_p/7075Al is related to the minimum elastic modulus of the interface gradient layer, and the elastic modulus increases with the increase of elastic modulus of the interfacial layer. The tensile strength of the composite increases with the increase of the elastic modulus of the interfacial layer, which is consistent with the change of elastic modulus of the composite with the gradient of the interface elastic modulus.
