铝硅合金熔炼工艺分析

【摘要】 铝硅合金广泛应用于飞机、内燃机、汽车等重要零部件,为获得越来越高的力学性能要求,合理的设计铝硅合金的熔炼工艺、处理工艺及浇注工艺极为重要。结合实际应用介绍了铝硅合金铸件的熔炼工艺、精炼变质处理工艺及熔渣直接提铝工艺等,在一定程度上节约了成本、保证了产品质量,并对保护环境有明显的效果。

【Abstract】 Aluminum silicon alloys are widely used in aircraft,engine,automobile and other important components.In order to obtain the mechanical properties of high requirements,the design of reasonable melting process,treatment process and casting process for aluminum silicon alloy is very important.Combined with the practical application,the smelting,refining and modifying treatment process and direct extracting aluminum process from slag for aluminum silicon alloy were introduced.It can save cost in a certain extent,ensure the quality of products,and it has a significant effect on protect environment.
