热处理过程中430不锈钢的再结晶行为及其数学模型研究
Study on Recrystallization of 430 Stainless Steel and Mathematical Modening During Heat Treatment
【摘要】 研究热处理过程中430不锈钢的再结晶行为,对其微观组织和硬度演变过程进行分析,同时建立了描述再结晶过程的JMAK模型。结果表明,完全再结晶所需的时间会随着热处理温度的升高而明显缩短。温度为800~875℃时,430不锈钢的软化作用明显,硬度明显下降。
【Abstract】 The recrystallization of 430 stainless steel during heat treatment was studied, and the microstructure and hardness of the steel were tested. The results show that the complete recrystallization time will be shorten by increasing the heat treatment temperature. The 430 ferritic stainless is obvious soften when the temperature is 800~875 ℃, and the hardness decrease distinctly.
