【Abstract】 This paper focused on solving the problem of internal cracks of large AI solid casting ingots. According to the cause of internal cracks, the traditional casting technique was improved into inserted casting technique. The cracks were well avoided by designing reasonable inserted part, fixing method and optimizing processing parameters, qualified casting products thus can be produced.更多还原
