KW造型线上防落砂装置的设计与应用

【摘要】 针对KW造型线在生产实际中型砂在皮带给料机给料结束后,由于惯性作用,极易落入到下面已振实的铸型上,不能与铸型形成整体,浇注过程中容易产生冲砂、粘砂等缺陷甚至报废的问题,设计了一种防落砂装置。在挡砂板底部采用橡胶板与皮带给料机接触,摩擦大,结合紧密,密封性好。气缸采用PLC控制,反应灵敏,运动速度快。该设计弥补了原有不足,基本没有型砂继续掉落,铸件无冲砂、粘砂等缺陷问题,同时也减少了覆膜砂的使用,节约成本。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the practical problems in production of KW molding line for the world’s most advanced,due to inertia,Sand easily fell into the following cast which had been vibrated, It could’t form a whole mould after the belt feeder was fed. It easily generated defects of burnt-on sand and even was scraped in the casting process. Sand falling device for prevention was designed in this paper. The rubber plate was in contact with a belt feeder at the bottom of the sand baffle. It has large friction,close combination and good sealing performance. The cylinder was controlled by PLC. It was sensitive and quick.The design can make up for the original problem. It has the very high practical value. Now no sand continue to fall, castings have not problem on defects of burnt-on sand. And it can reduce the waste of cost savings and cost saving.
