金属强力旋压成形的数值模拟分析
Numerical Simulation Analysis of Power Spinning for Metallic
【摘要】 采用ABAQUS的弹塑性有限元方法,对筒形件进行强力正反旋的数值模拟,通过对正反旋成形过程中应力-应变的分析得出一般情况下正旋形式较好。同时在不同工艺参数下筒形件正旋旋压过程进行了动态模拟、应力-应变以及材料能量变化的分析。通过对不同进给比的正旋数值模拟,得出当进给比为0.4 mm/r时,旋压件的表面质量和贴膜效果比较好,能够顺利进行旋压成形并有较好的生产效率。
【Abstract】 The numerical simulation of forward and backward power spinning for cylinder was established on the ABAQUS elastic-plastic finite element method, the forward spinning is better was obtained through the analysis of forward and backward spinning forming process. The dynamic simulation, stress-strain and kinetic energy of spinning process were analyzed under different process parameters. Through the numerical simulation of different feed ratio of forward spinning,it is concluded that when the feed ratio is 0.4 mm/r, the surface quality and sticker effect is better, it can conduct smoothly spinning forming and better production efficiency.
