基于方向矩阵的装配序列规划
Assembly Sequence Planning Based on Orientation Matrix
【摘要】 装配活动是产品制造的重要阶段,而装配序列规划则是装配活动自动化的基础。在分析了装配序列规划算法复杂度和大规模问题局限性的基础上,提出了基于联接的层次化装配序列模型,有效的降低了问题求解的规模;并通过充分挖掘出装配方向的改变对零件装配的影响,提出基于方向矩阵的装配序列规划算法,虽然忽略了一些可行序列,但是极大的减小了装配序列规划的时间复杂度。
【Abstract】 Assembly is an important stage of product manufacturing,and ASP( Assembly Sequence Planning) is the basis of automatic assembly. Based on the analysis of the algorithm complexity and large scale limitations,this paper puts forward a connector-based hierarchical assembly model to effectively reduce the scale of the problem. By digging out the influence of the orientation changes on the sequence planning,an algorithm based on direction matrix is proposed. Although some possible sequences are ignored,the time complexity is greatly reduced.
