扭转矫正过程中的参数计算
Calculation of parameters for torsional correction
【摘要】 钢材在使用辊式矫直机矫直轴向弯曲变形之前,必须要将其扭转变形进行矫正。本文分析了金属扭转矫正过程中角度随扭矩的变化,建立了扭转矫正时的力学模型,并推导出扭转矫正的力学公式。
【Abstract】 The steel must be corrected the torsional deformation before sending into the roller-straightening machine. The angle changes during the detorsion process was analyzed. The mechanical model for torsional correction was built. At last, the formula of mechanical for torsional correction was deduced.
