【摘要】 目的探讨参麦注射液联合常规方案治疗急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的临床疗效。方法采用循证医学方法计算机检索PubMed、Medline、万方和中国知网等生物医学数据库,收集公开发表的关于参麦注射液治疗急性冠脉综合征的前瞻性随机临床对照研究。以试验组与对照组病死率及心律失常发生率的风险比(RR)为效应指标,应用STATA11.0统计软件以随机或固定效应模型进行合并分析。比较参麦注射液治疗急性冠脉综合征的临床疗效。结果根据纳入与排除标准,有22篇文献纳入本系统评价,试验组病死率及心律失常发生率中位数为5.1%(1.7%~40.5%)和30.8%(3.3%~52.9%),对照组为12.7%(3.5~50.0%)和38.2%(3.3%~85.7%),试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组与对照组比较,病死率及心律失常发生的率(RR)分别为RR=0.56(95%CI:0.45~0.69)和RR=0.65(95%CI:0.54~0.79),试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规方案基础上加用参麦注射液可显著降低ACS患者病死率及心律失常发生风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Shenmai injection(SMI)in treatment of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods Through retrieval of the reports in PubMed,Medline,Wanfang database,China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI)database by computer,the correlative articles of clinically randomized controlled trials(RCTs)published were collected.The risk ratio(RR)of mortality and incidence of arrhythmia in experimental group and control group was used as an indicator of effects.The merger analysis of random or fixed effect models was performed by STATA11.0statistical analysis software.The clinical effects of Shenmai injection(SMI)for treatment of ACS were compared and analyzed.Results Twenty-two articles were conformed to the inclusion criteria and identified.The mortality and incidence of arrhythmia were 5.1%(1.7%to 40.5%),30.8%(3.3%to 52.9%)in experimental group,which was higher than that in control group[12.7%(3.5%to 50.0%),38.2%(3.3%to 85.7%),P <0.05].RR of mortality and incidence of arrhythmia were 0.56(95%CI:0.45 to 0.69)in experimental group,which was lower than that in control group[0.65(95%CI:0.54 to 0.79),P <0.05].Conclusion SMI and routine treatment can reduce the risk of mortality and incidence of arrhythmia in patients with ACS.更多还原
