【摘要】 目的观察强心饮治疗左室射血分数正常的慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将58例患者随机分为两组,治疗组28例,给予基础治疗加强心饮口服,对照组30例给予基础治疗,10d为一个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-Pro-BNP)差值占比、心功能、中医证候积分、生活质量积分。结果强心饮有明显改善NT-pro-BNP,提高心功能,改善临床症状,改善生活质量积分的作用。结论强心饮治疗左室射血分数正常的慢性心力衰竭有效与改善NT-pro-BNP含量有关。强心饮疗效确切,服用安全,无不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of Qiangxin decoction(QXD)for treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF)patients with normal left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF).Methods Fifty-eight CHF patients with normal LVEF were randomly divided into two groups:The control group(n =30)treated with routine treatment,and the treatment group(n =28)treated with QXD in the basis of routine treatment for 10 days.The N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)level,cardiac function,integration of TCM syndrome and life quality score were observed.Results The NT-proBNP,cardiac function,integration of TCM syndrome and life quality were improved.Conclusion QXD is effective in treating CHF patients with LVEF,which can improve NT-proBNP.更多还原
