国产及进口氯吡格雷对左心室射血分数偏低的冠脉介入术后患者疗效观察

【摘要】 目的观察国产及进口氯吡格雷对左心室射血分数(LVEF)偏低的冠脉介入(PCI)术后患者血液指标、临床症状、远期预后的影响。方法选取2 0 0 9年1月—2 0 11年1月在我院心内科住院的120例冠心病患者,按入院顺序随机分为两组,每组60例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组加用进口氯吡格雷;治疗组服用国产氯吡格雷,连用1年后,随访患者临床症状,血小板聚集率(ADPIPA),心电图(ECG),左室射血分数(LVEF)等相关指标。结果两组治疗后相对应项比较,血小板计数(t=0.456,P=0.543);ADP-IPA(t=1.056,P=0.654);临床症状总有效率(χ2=2.16,P=0.19);LVEF(t=0.469,P=0.511);6MHW(t=1.123,P=0.672),差异无统计学意义(P>0.0 5),两种药物疗效相当。结论国产氯吡格雷(泰嘉)能有效预防支架内血栓;改善心绞痛症状,提高运动耐力,并降低再住院率和心脑血管意外,价格低廉,无明显副反应。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of domestic and imported clopidogrel on blood index,clinical symptoms and long-term prognosis in patients received percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)associated with low left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF).Methods One hundred and twenty patients with coronary artery disease(CAH)were randomly divided into two groups:Treatment group(n =60)treated by domestic clopidogrel,and control group(n =60)treated by imported clopidogrel on the basis of routine treatment for one year.The clinical symptoms,ADP-IPA,electrocardiogram(ECG),LVEF were observed.Results After treatment,there was no differences in platelet count(t=0.456,P =0.543),ADP-IPA(t =1.056,P =0.654),total clinical effective rate(χ2=2.16,P =0.19),LVEF(t=0.469,P =0.511),6 MHW(t =1.123,P =0.672)between two groups.Conclusion Domestic clopidogrel can effectively provent stent thrombosis,improve angina pectoris,increase exercise endurance,reduce readmission rates and cordis and cerebral accidents.It is cheap in price,few side effects.
