【摘要】 目的观察国产及进口氯吡格雷对左心室射血分数(LVEF)偏低的冠脉介入(PCI)术后患者血液指标、临床症状、远期预后的影响。方法选取2 0 0 9年1月—2 0 11年1月在我院心内科住院的120例冠心病患者,按入院顺序随机分为两组,每组60例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组加用进口氯吡格雷;治疗组服用国产氯吡格雷,连用1年后,随访患者临床症状,血小板聚集率(ADPIPA),心电图(ECG),左室射血分数(LVEF)等相关指标。结果两组治疗后相对应项比较,血小板计数(t=0.456,P=0.543);ADP-IPA(t=1.056,P=0.654);临床症状总有效率(χ2=2.16,P=0.19);LVEF(t=0.469,P=0.511);6MHW(t=1.123,P=0.672),差异无统计学意义(P>0.0 5),两种药物疗效相当。结论国产氯吡格雷(泰嘉)能有效预防支架内血栓;改善心绞痛症状,提高运动耐力,并降低再住院率和心脑血管意外,价格低廉,无明显副反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of domestic and imported clopidogrel on blood index,clinical symptoms and long-term prognosis in patients received percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)associated with low left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF).Methods One hundred and twenty patients with coronary artery disease(CAH)were randomly divided into two groups:Treatment group(n =60)treated by domestic clopidogrel,and control group(n =60)treated by imported clopidogrel on the basis of routine treatment for one year.The clinical symptoms,ADP-IPA,electrocardiogram(ECG),LVEF were observed.Results After treatment,there was no differences in platelet count(t=0.456,P =0.543),ADP-IPA(t =1.056,P =0.654),total clinical effective rate(χ2=2.16,P =0.19),LVEF(t=0.469,P =0.511),6 MHW(t =1.123,P =0.672)between two groups.Conclusion Domestic clopidogrel can effectively provent stent thrombosis,improve angina pectoris,increase exercise endurance,reduce readmission rates and cordis and cerebral accidents.It is cheap in price,few side effects.更多还原
