【摘要】 目的:探讨加味八珍汤在骨折不愈合患者临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将82例关节骨折不愈合患者均分为实验组和对照组,分别给予加味八珍汤或元和接骨片,并配合局部金葡液注射治疗,比较治疗效果。结果:实验组患者治疗后关节各项症状体征评分均显著低于对照组,其中关节休息痛(0.35±0.54分vs 1.08±0.66分)、关节压痛(0.72±0.51分vs 1.14±0.67分)、关节肿胀(0.42±0.51分vs 1.02±0.58分)、关节功能(0.48±0.52分vs 1.02±0.42分)差异具有统计学意义;实验组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,(87.80%vs 68.29%);实验组患者血清BMP-7、VEGF水平显著高于对照组(3.26±0.57 vs 2.35±0.38)、(212±30 vs 140±19);实验组胃肠反应发生率显著低于对照组(4.88%vs 17.07%)。结论:加味八珍汤能够有效促进骨折愈合,改善关节功能,提高BMP-7、VEGF水平,降低不良反应发生率,是治疗骨折不愈合的优选药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effects of the patients with nonunion by Jiaweibazhen Tang. Methods: 82 cases of patients with nonunion were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,they were treated by Jiaweibazhen Tang and Yuanhe bone pian combine with staphylococcal enterotoxin c injection respectively. The clinical effects were compared for the two groups.
