【摘要】 目的研究西帕依固龈液治疗固定正畸患者牙龈炎的临床疗效。方法选取进行固定正畸的牙龈炎患者50例,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组25例,给予西帕依固龈液1月,观察受试者龈沟出血指数(SBI)和菌斑指数(PLI)的变化。结果用药后两组的SBI和PLI差异有统计学意义。实验组用药前后的SBI和PLI差异有统计学意义。结论西帕依固龈液可以减少牙菌斑堆积,降低SBI,改善牙龈健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of Xipayiguyinye on treatment of gingivitis in patient of fixed orthodontics. Methods 50 malocclusion patients with fixed orthodontics were randomly divided into two groups and each group consisted of 25 cases. The experimental group was treated with Xipayiguyinye,the control group was treated with physiological saline. Observation was made in one month. Result There was significant difference on the sulcus bleeding index( SBI) and plaque index( PLI) between the experimental group and the control group( P < 0.05). There was significant difference on the SBI and PLI between the experimental group and the control group after taking medication( P < 0.05). Conclusion: Xipayiguyinye could decrease the accumulation of dental plaque,reduce bleeding index and improve the health status of the giniva.更多还原
