【摘要】 目的:分析丹红注射液对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及对患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、N末端B型钠尿肽(NT-pro BNP)的影响。方法:选取本院收治的80例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者临床资料,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各40例。对照组取常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加以采取丹红注射液20 ml加入5%GS 100 ml或0.9%NS100 ml静滴治疗,1次/d。两组患者治疗疗程为14 d。对比患者临床疗效及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、N末端B型钠尿肽(NT-pro BNP)变化。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率为95.00%,显着高于对照组的77.50%。治疗组患者治疗后主要中医症状积分(胸痛2.56±1.24,胸闷2.89±1.03)均显着下降,与治疗前(胸痛13.33±2.24,胸闷13.78±2.67)比较,差异具有统计学意义。治疗组患者治疗后主要中医症状积分均显着低于对照组(胸痛10.53±0.55,胸闷10.40±0.02),差异具有统计学意义。治疗组患者治疗后同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、N末端B型钠尿肽(NT-pro BNP)水平(14.89±3.03、3.56±1.24、268.56±96.24),比治疗前(20.78±4.67、6.06±2.24、296.33±124.24)明显降低,比较差异具有统计学意义;比对照组治疗后(18.40±7.02、4.53±1.55、280.53±90.55)明显降低,比较差异具有统计学意义。结论:丹红注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效显着,可充分改善患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、N末端B型钠尿肽(NT-pro BNP)等指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analysis of the clinical effects of coronary heart disease unstable angina by Danhong Injection and research on the influence on Hcy,hs-CRP,NT-pro BNP.
