【摘要】 目的:观察玉液汤对2型糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法:雄性大鼠除空白组外,其余大鼠给予高脂高糖饲料50天后,腹腔注射STZ 30mg/kg建立DN大鼠模型,造模成功后,随机分为模型组、盐酸二甲双胍组(0.15g/kg)、玉液汤组(5.75g/kg、11.5g/kg),给药1个月,每周测体重一次,第31d称量大鼠体重,检测大鼠空腹血糖、肌酐(CRE)和尿素氮(BUN)水平,取右肾做病理切片进行HE染色,观察大鼠肾组织病理学变化。结果:给药后第21d、28d、31d,玉液汤组(5.75g/kg、11.5g/kg)可显著性增加大鼠的体重、显著性降低大鼠空腹血糖和血清CRE水平;玉液汤组(11.5g/kg)显著性降低血清BUN水平;HE染色玉液汤组与模型组比较,肾脏组织形态有显著性差异。结论:玉液汤可增加2型糖尿病肾病模型大鼠的体重,降低空腹血糖、血清CRE和BUN水平,改善模型大鼠肾脏病理损伤,对DN大鼠模型的肾脏有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the influence of Yuyetang on kidney protection in type 2 diabetic nephropathy( DN). Methods: Male SD rats,except the blank group,the rest were induced to be diabetic nephropathy( DN) via injection of STZ with 30 mg / kg after feeding high fat and sugar for 50 days. Model rats were divided into 4 groups randomly: model group,metformin hydrochloride group( 0. 15 g / kg),Yuyetang group( 5. 75g/kg,11. 5g/kg). Medicine was given for 1 months,measuring weight once a week. To measure weight and detect rats blood glucose,creatinine( CRE) and urea nitrogen( BUN) level in 31 st day. After HE staining the right kidney,observe the changes of renal histopathological. Results: After the treatment of 21 d,28d and 31 d,Yuyetang group( 5. 75 g / kg,11. 5g / kg) can significantly increase the weight of the rats( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01),significantly low rats blood glucose and serum levels of CRE( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01); Yuyetang group( 11. 5g /kg) significantly low serum BUN level( P < 0. 01); HE dyed Yuyetang group compared with model group,kidney tissue morphology have significant difference. Conclusion: Yuyetang can increase body weight of type 2 diabetic nephropathy model rat,reduce blood sugar,serum level of BUN and CRE,improve the renal pathological injury model of rat.
