【摘要】 目的探讨CT引导下穿刺置管引流术治疗细菌性肝脓肿的临床价值。方法对46例细菌性肝脓肿患者行CT引导下穿刺置管引流术,观察治疗效果及有无并发症发生。结果 46例患者病灶完全治愈,1周后白细胞总数、中性粒细胞百分比明显降低,1月治愈率达到82.6%,2月治愈率达到95.6%,3月治愈率达100%。结论 CT引导下肝脓肿置管引流术操作简单、安全有效、创伤小、可取代传统外科手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of puncture catheter drainage under CT guidance in the treatment of bacterial liver abscess. Methods Forty- six patients with bacterial liver abscess were treated with puncture catheter drainage under CT guidance. The therapeutic efficacy and postoperative complications were analyzed. Results Forty- six patients were completely cured. One week after treatment,the amount of leucocytes and the percentage of neutrophil granulocyte were obviously decreased. The cure rate after 1,2 and 3 months reached 82. 6%,95. 6% and 100%,respectively. Conclusion The liver abscess drainage under CT guidance is a simple,safe,effective and subtle invasive method and could substitute for surgical treatment.更多还原
