【摘要】 目的探讨胎儿消化道发育异常的超声声像图特征及超声在疾病诊断中的作用。方法分析33例消化道发育异常的胎儿超声图像特征并结合临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果单发畸形26例,多发畸形7例。结论产前超声在诊断胎儿消化道异常方面有重要应用价值,可为产前咨询和临床处理提供重要依据。对优生优育及出生后早期治疗具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the ultrasonographic features of fetal digestive tract dysplasia and explore the function of ultrasonic in disease diagnosis. Methods:To Analysize the ultrasonographic features of 33 cases of digestive tract dysplasia.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results:There were 26 cases with single malformation. 7cases of multiple malformations. Conclusion:Prenatal ultrasound plays an important role in the diagnosis of fetal gastrointestinal tract anomalies and can provide an important basis for prenatal counseling and clinical treatment.
