【摘要】 目的通过对妊娠中晚期产前诊断指征,及对产前筛查高风险胎儿进行脐血染色体核型分析,探讨胎儿脐血染色体分析在产前诊断中的应用价值。方法对2010年1月—2012年12月于我院就诊的441例具有产前诊断指征的孕妇,在B超引导下行脐带穿刺术,取脐血细胞培养,染色体制备及胎儿染色体核型分析。结果在441例产前诊断孕妇中,共检出异常核型49例,包括染色体数目异常23例,结构异常26例,胎儿染色体异常率为11.11%。结论脐血细胞培养染色体核型分析,为胎儿染色体异常临床诊断提供了可靠依据,在产前诊断中具有重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Based on the medium and late pregnancy prenatal diagnosis indications,Analysis of chromosome karyotype of umbilical cord blood for prenatal screening of high risk fetus,To investigate the value of chromosomal karyotypes of fetal cord blood for prenatal diagnosis.Methods:441 cases pregnant women with the indications for prenatal diagnosis from Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2012 undergo Cordocentesis by ultrasound monitoring,extract Umbilical cord blood cell culture,and performed the G-banding staining for karyotype analysis.Results:In 441 example pregnant woman′s fetal cord blood chromosome inspection result,the unusual nuclear 49 examples,including 23 cases with chromosomal number abnormality and 26 cases with chromosomal structural abnormality;the embryo chromosome rate of abnormality is 11.11%. Conclusion:The fetal cord blood cell culture and chromosome analysis plays an important part in prenatal diagnosis,to provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis of fetal chromosome abnormalities.更多还原
