【摘要】 目的探讨α-地中海贫血新生儿筛查的必要性,了解阳江地区人群中α-地中海贫血发生率。方法对2012年1月至2013年12月在本院分娩的新生儿留取脐血标本进行血红蛋白电泳分析,通过Hb Bart’s定量检测的水平来初步筛查出静止型、轻型、中间型和重型α-地中海贫血。结果通过对7839例新生儿脐血标本的Hb Bart’s定量结果汇总,共检查出815例阳性标本,总检测率为10.40%。其中静止型316例,阳性率4.03%;轻型488例,阳性率5.20%;中间型10例,阳性率0.13%;重型1例,阳性率0.01%。另筛查出异常血红蛋白病28例,阳性率0.35%。结论在地中海贫血高发区,通过常规开展新生儿血红蛋白电泳分析能早期有效检出α-地中海贫血患儿,Hb Bart’s定量检测对本地区开展α-地中海贫血的早期筛查诊断有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Explore the necessity of neonatal screening for alpha-thalassemia and understand the incidence of alpha-thalassemia in yangjiang area. Methods:Hemoglobin electrophoresis analysis was carried out on the cord blood samples of neonates born in our hospital between January 2012 and December 2013. Quantitative detection by Hb Bart′s level for preliminary screening out static type,light type,middle type and heavy type of alpha-thalassemia. Results:Based on 7839 cases of neonatal umbilical cord blood samples of Hb Bart′s quantitative results summary,815 cases were detected positive specimens,the total detection rate of 10.40%. Static type 316 cases,the positive rate of 4.03%;Light type 488 cases,the positive rate of 5.20%;Middle type 10 cases,positive rate of 0.13%;Heavy type in 1 case,positive rate was 0.01%. The other 28 cases of abnormal hemoglobin disease screening,positive rate was 0.35%. Conclusions:In the thalassemia epidemic areas,through routine in neonatal hemoglobin electrophoresis analysis,can effective early detection of alpha-thalassemia of children,Hb Bart′s quantitative detection of the region to carry out the alpha thalassemia early screening diagnosis has important significance.更多还原
