【摘要】 目的探讨不同品种金沸草糊剂外用对豚鼠疮疡模型的影响。方法采用金黄色葡萄球菌感染制作豚鼠疮疡模型,观察金沸草2个品种旋覆花和条叶旋覆花(0.25,0.15 g·m L-1)对豚鼠疮疡模型血清溶菌酶含量及疮疡局部组织形态的影响。结果旋覆花和条叶旋覆花糊剂大、小剂量均可显著提高豚鼠疮疡模型血清溶菌酶含量(P<0.05,P<0.01),显著降低豚鼠疮疡的症状积分(P<0.05,P<0.01),减轻疮疡局部病理改变。结论不同品种金沸草外用对豚鼠疮疡模型有较好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of different varieties of Herba Inulae paste for external use on guinea pig model of ulcers. Methods Guinea pigs models of ulcers were established by infection with Staphylococcus aureus.And then we observed the effect of the paste of two varieties of Herba Inulae, Inula japonica Thunb and I n u l a linariifolia Turcz in the dosage of 0.25,0.15 g·m L-1 on symptom scores,serum lysozyme content and pathological changes of guinea pigs with ulcers. Results All of the paste of two varieties of Herba Inulae in large and small dose increased the serum lysozyme content(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),decreased the symptom scores(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),and relieved the pathological changes in guinea pigs with ulcers. Conclusion Different varieties of Herba Inulae paste for external use show certain therapeutic effect on guinea pigs with ulcers.更多还原
