【Abstract】 This paper reviewed the extraction methods and detection methods of salidroside,and its absorption,distribution,metabolism,excretion and even pharmacokinetic parameters in experimental animal during recent years.The still existed problems about pharmacokinetic study of salidroside were also analyzed.It is suggested that the further research on mechanism of absorption,metabolites and bioavailability of salidroside is needed,which is expected to provide evidence for the further development and application of salidroside.更多还原
